Laugh Out London is pleased to continue its runs of silly experimental nights at Camden Comedy Club with a celebration of the finest TV show ever (in the first 9 seasons at least) THE SIMPSONS!

We will be recreating two episodes of the much loved show live on stage with some mighty fine alternative comedians taking the roles of your favourite dysfunctional family (except your own of course).

Following our online vote for which episodes to recreate we can reveal that the episodes are…

“Marge Vs. The Monorail”
With a whopping 30% of the vote “Marge Vs. The Monorail” was our runaway winner. Now we just have to figure out how to make an escalator to nowhere.

“You Only Move Twice”
Sneaking past “Homer’s Barbershop Quartet” by one vote, “You Only Move Twice” finished second in the poll. Probably thanks to Hank Scorpio. In fact, He didn’t even give you his coat!

The cast will include…
Matthew Highton as Matt Groening

Alwin Solanky as Homer – A comic known for balancing Biscuits on his head
Cassie Atkinson as Marge – “’Future national treasure” **** – To Do List
Adam Larter as Bart – “a very disorganised genius” – The Skinny
Lucy Pearman as Lisa – one half of the critically acclaimed LetLuce
Andy Barr as Maggie – “Plus Andy Barr” – Laugh Out London

Plus playing various roles…
Joz Norris, Michael Brumstrom, Bec Hill, Jon Brittain, Laurence Owen and many more

See for yourself the reason The Simpsons is a cartoon and not live (it’s a terrible strain on the animator’s wrists). It’s a once in a lifetime experience (unless it’s very popular in which case we will do it again).

Stupid sexy Flanders.
