TRUE STORYTELLING WORKSHOP

Sun 5th April. Time: 2:30 – 5:30pm. Price: £25 https://www.musicglue.com/camden-head/events/5-apr-15-true-storytelling-workshop-performing-true-stories-camden-head/

In this fun and intimate workshop, we will share stories, play games and help craft moments from your life into captivating true stories.

Working with performance techniques we help you bring your story to life by performing the story rather than simply re-telling, embodying characters, movement, experiencing the story again rather than simply remembering what happened and we will work together in small groups where you will connect with others and share experiences with lots of feedback and support. You will learn and practice practical techniques to make your stories memorable and to help put the audience directly in the action.

Taught by: Michael Kossew (Co-founder and host of storytelling night Natural Born Storytellers’ which runs monthly at Camden Comedy Club, produces larger scale ‘Best Of’ shows at the Lost Theatre and travels to UK festivals.
